WDRC-FM 102.9 Advertising Question

There is this one ad that runs on WDRC-FM 102.9 of Hartford, a.k.a. 102.9 The Whale. They have Miss Klonk reading a disclaimer, saying that the following advertisement is not endorsed by or associated with the station. I think it's a trivia contest where couples win trips to Las Vegas or whatever. Is there a reason why they use that disclaimer for this one ad and not any other?

Just a guess, but maybe it's the station's way of avoiding any liability if the contest turns out to be rigged or otherwise fraudulent. Yes, we'll take your money and run your ad, but no, we'll deny any association with you. Why this ad and not any other? Because the supermarkets and car dealerships and fast-food chains that also advertise on The Whale are established, reputable businesses that are not using their advertising time to lure potential customers into a sweepstakes for a valuable prize. They are trying to sell them groceries, cars and hamburgers.

People would think the contest is run by the station so they throw the disclaimer in to show that it is just an ad and not a radio promotion.
