WDSL-1520 on ALL Night with "Coast to Coast" ???

Maybe someone in NC can clear this up for me....

I live in Lexington, KY. Early this morning (2/13), I was scanning the AM band and heard a "killer" signal on 1520 carrying "Coast to Coast". It was IDing on the breaks as WSIC-1400 in Statesville, NC. It was solid on my clock radio from 1 AM to past 3 AM when I finally tuned out. I am guessing that WDSL-1520 in Mocksville, NC which is somewhat near Statesville carrys WSIC during the day? Do I have this right and did someone forgot to shut down WDSL-1520 at sunset....?

I am absolutely positive about the WSIC-1400 ID on the 1520 frequency. Anyone else hear this?

WDSL is a 5k/1kw AM that resides in Davie County, just south west of Winston Salem, NC. I can often receive their daytime signal in Charlotte, NC as well (aprox 50 mi). I am not sure but believe they do some sort of dual casting with WSIC over in Statesville as well. I often hear reference to Statesville on the comercials.

WDSL is not authorized to operate at night---they can do 1000 watts during critical hours. I woulds assume someone "forgot" and left the transmitter on. I believe WDSL repeats right wing talk WSIC during their entire broadcast day, so that explains the IDs.
