Simply sharing as I found this image from my hometown's historical society, "negative project." They are doing photo dumps from mostly the county into facebook. I have no backstory or understanding of how this got in the mix. Nonetheless, thought I'd share for the Pittsburgh / WDVE fans and broadcasters here. Enjoy!

That was an album of local music they put out in the late '70s or early '80s. I believe the album art was submitted by a listener. if I remember correctly they called it the DVE Homegrown Album and it was sold at National Record Marts in the area.
 
We did have a National Record Mart in the local Clearfield Mall so that would probably be a reason that appeared in the local newspaper or perhaps someone photo collection.
