Bit of good news about WDXD-LP in Tallahassee Florida:

New underground electrical feeders to the modular building that will become their new air studio were installed yesterday!

Modular is cleaned out, preparing for the new wood floor. The wood fits right in with the classic country music powerhouse branding.

Equipment and studio phone lines are going in right after the floor.
 
How could they increase their ERP from 33 watts to 88 watts unless they lower their antenna?
It is supposed to be the equivalent of a hundred watts at a hundred feet.
 
Effective Radiated Power: 0.033 kW / Transmitter Output Power: 0.13 kW

Believe that refers to the “Simple 250” proposal (Docket RM-11909), which WDXD is not eligible for.
