WDZY-VA high power at night?

I've been noticing its getting really difficult to get WHIO's Early Morning News in the 5am hour in nearby Springfield, OH as a Radio Disney affiliate is wiping it out. THe closest RD is WDZY in Colonial Heights, VA, running 25,000 watts day and 41 night.

WHIO tends to get hammerred on by stations running high power or daytime patterns when they aren't supposed to..that includes WCBL in Benton, KY, and apparently WIRL, Peoria at times on day pattern at night.
