How in the world does this guy stay employed?

He does what he's told to do without asking questions. You know, kinda like a puppet.

Doug Bennett your Hip Hop Hippity Hopper. NOT!

hey nikki, it's that attitude that will be the downfall of the beat. think you are invincible. that will work.

i get so tired of reading your crap on this board. you have little to do with that station but you act like you are the second coming. get over yourself.

The last song as Z106.7 at 4:57pm was "Hey Ya" by OutKast.
The first song as Power 106.7 at 5pm was "I Know U See It" by Young Joc featuring Brandy "Ms. B" Hambrick.

sure hope power blows the beat out of the water...I got so sick and tired of that station years ago. But that's what happens when you play Gwen Stefani and try to pass it off as hip hop. as long as there's no reaggeton on 106.7, and they throw in classics BESIDES Snoop, Dre, 2Pac, B.I.G., then I may start to listen to hip hop again.....

I kept thinking they were going to flip the station to christian hip hop/rock lol

something tells me you've heard the last gwen stefani, nelly furtado and pussycat dolls songs on KBBT. they've passed off pop music as "hip hop and r&b" for too long. now 106-7 will expose that.

I agree with you. I think you'll see The Beat drops it's popish Hip Hop tracks.

The Beat = community college

Power106 = Four year University

Re: We

RadioDoucheBag I have attitude because I said I forgot that z played songs like "Hey Ya!"? You are reading waaaaay too much into my comments. "You have little to do with that station but you act like you are the second coming."? I don't believe I have EVER said that the beat is #1 because of me...have I? No I didn't think so. I haven't even been back in this market for a year. I'm one of the very few people on here said:

i don't hide behind a screen name either. i am my screen name. you need to change your screen name to "the second coming." in the meantime i hope you and your station continue to ignore your new competitor.

Re: We

You do hide behind your screen name...although you are right about it suiting you well. My point is...no one knows who you are, what station you work for (if you are even in the business) etc.

Re: We’ll be playing pure, straight up Hip Hop- PD Doug Bennett

haha

keep spending your time fighting nikki......

im sure the new hiphop station enjoys how much your focused....

guess what...you have competition now...lets see if you can back up what your station claims to be.....#1

shout out for cox radio for actually doing something aggresive. a little late but

i wonder how long the beat will be #1 or how long they will have such a high market share 12+?

nikki you not knowing who i am doesn't make you any smarter. i like how you paid no attention to the most important part of my post- you and your staff are in denial that you have a new competitor. you think you are so great. it is a new ball game and you have your head stuck up your own a$$.
