Does anyone have a copy of the Seattle version of "We Didn't Start The Fire?" I believe it was made over at KUBE (Lakeside Ave. days).

I believe it was Tom Hutlyer("Tom & the Hawks"). As I recall Tom wrote quite a few song parodies while he was at KUBE.
______________

I remember Tom made a parody of Bruce Springsteen's "I'm On Fire" ("Ohhh-ohhhh-ohhhh/I've been fired....")

Then there was a parody of Michael Jackson's "Bad" ("Fad"), and Tom Petty's "Free Fallin'" ("She's Fallen", after the infamous LifeCall commerical quote of 1990 "I've fallen.....AND I CAN'T GET UP!!!")

"Bite Me Alligator"(I think Mary White sang that one)
"One Night I Bankrupt"
"Dancin' In the Dome"
"I Want A New Truck"(that one involved Daryl "Truck" Rogers)

Yes, prior to Bob Rivers Seattle radio had Tom Hutlyer covering parody tunes on KUBE 93FM.
______________

"We're sending help immediately, Mrs. Fletcher!"

I dunno if it came from somebody like Bob Rivers eventually, but when Bill Prescott was on the air in Portland in the 90s, there was a rendition of the song titled "Pet Names..." (I'm not writing the full name of it on this "family" website.)
______________
If it's the "greatest music ever made," why is it relegated to AM or online only?

I know I am getting back to you late but as far as I know we do not have a copy, sorry.
