I agree, sweetheart. They are good. Probably the most natural talent we've heard in a long time around here. Truthfully, Chris Cannon could do mornings anywhere. I'd love to see him teamed up with Billy Kidd somewhere.
I did hear Chris and Dave on the air this week, but only every now and then. I miss their funny bone, doesn't sound like they are allowed to talk about much, most likely, because they are still figuring out where to go from here, but I do miss their humor. You can get just about any kind of music anywhere, but you certainly can't find good dj's anywhere. I'm not sure what is happening up there, but the music sounds good. Not your usual mix of classic rock, a good mix.

I've been out of the East Tennessee radio market for close to a year now. I think they are talking about WLSQ 105.7 up on the Plateau. I think they blew it up and went to something called Hog 105.7.

I never knew Chris Cannon, but I can tell you Dave Bartley is damn good. He sounded great when he did his brief weekend stint at the old "Oldies 95.7 & 106.7" in Knoxville before they went JACK. He sounded 10X better than Jill West and should have been doing mid-days at that station IMO. On top of all that, he's a really nice guy! 8)
