Weak Pirate near Indy Airport

Heard a weak pirate on 88.1 just north of the Indy Airport on 465 playing CCR's Midnight Special today around 12:30PM. Low audio...

Great! Normally I hear a Licensed station there. WJCF Morristown ususally hits this area with a car radio out to the Putnam County Line. Sirius XM?

Not impossible that it was Sirius/XM, but it didn't have the flutter you'd expect with a moving rx & moving tx. From north to south, it lasted almost1 mile. The audio was unprocessed to the point that it didn't have the sat radio sound.

Hell, Lucille Ball found a Japanese transmitter in the outskirts of Los Angeles back in 1942 using the fillings in her teeth!
