Weather on WHP 580

Now that WHP580 and WHP-TV are under different ownership, I noticed that WHP580 has switched from using WHP-TV weather forecasts to WGAL weather forecasts. This morning the forecast was provided by Joe Calhoun.

Does that mean the end of Tom Russell filling in as guest host when RJ Harris is on vacation? That would be really odd with one TV meteorologist giving the weather forecast provided by the competitor's TV station.

Could it also signal the end of occasional stories from WHP-TV reporters on WHP580 news?
