WEBN Fools Day Parade!

They haven't had one in quite awhile. Those were the days when creativity and looser formatics were the norn incommercial local radio. I have an old Fools day parade broadcast from 1983 on mp3 I could post somewhere if you want it.

Thanks for the MP3 offer. Will pass.

That was a cool station back in the day.................they had live DJs round the clock! ...and they all had something to say too!

There is a WEBN group on Facebook put together by a couple of former employees from when the station was good to listen to. It has lots of pictures

Is anyone in Dayton or Cincinnati doing any special programming for April Fool's Day?

The only one I have heard today is WSWO-LP stunting as all-disco "Ultimate Disco Radio."

How can I find it on Facebook? There's a WEBN.com that apparently is the current Clear Channel site and a WEBN Organization that has no pictures..mainly just a wikipedia post about the station.

I still have quite a few of the later EBN Fool's parades that were done or maybe rebroadcast? in the mid 1990s? I have a number of these still on cassette that aired back in this timeframe.

I think that if they even have anyone working there that has any ounce of creativity now, they certainly aren't being heard.

Once Fingers left from the Dawn Patrol, the whole station started going downhill.
