WEBN-HD2 coming to 100.7?

Application to upgrade the Norwood translator at 100.7 lists WEBN as primary station. Huge null to the NE to protect WEEC near Dayton.
 
If the Weec tower was to fall in the right direction, it would come close to hitting my place. Having said, their antenna bays point N-NE.
Since it is a 50,000 watter, I wonder how the fcc would apporach this. Cincinnati is not in their listening area. They could grant the licence to Webn, barring no interference and complaints from Weec. And give Weec rights to force them off if there is any issues. What do you think??

It won't actually rebroadcast WEBN but likely an HD sub channel of WEBN... Could Clear Channel put one of their AMs on it even possibly? (I noticed this translator is owned by EMF... Must be another one of those friendly deals with Clear Channel recently)

Speaking of being friendly with Clear Channel... EMF recently purchased WCDR network of stations which makes some of their current translators in Springfield/Dayton kinda pointless to rebroadcast air1 or klove.. I wonder if we'll see EMF offload some of those to Clear Channel or others for use to rebroadcast AMs soon?
 
Actually, WEEC's tower and studios are in western Springfield, right down the road from WDHT/Hot 102.9's tower, on State Route 41. WDHT's bays are pointed towards Dayton, and WEEC's are pointed to the north towards Troy.
