WEBN low ratings

Has WEBN ever had a lower rating than what was in the latest PPM? They were tied with 96Rock with a 3.6. CC should dump all of the Classic Rock from their playlist. Will Mark and Mo catch on in Cincinnati? Would Now would be a good time for Cumulus to launch a new morning show or maybe go head to head with them in the afternoons?

The Frog is finally dead.

The Frog has been dead since about 2000- 12 years ago.

Not anything new.

Clear Channel SUCKS!!!

Their cume is #8, so they need to figure out how to keep the cume listening longer. Maybe dropping some of the classic rock (or leaning more toward it) will help. WEBN has tried to ride fine line with a balance, and that might be what is holding down the AQH. The 30+ core bails on Kings of Leon, the youngsters bail on Hendrix.

With Clear Co's the fact that WDVE still does very well, no need
to dump Classic Rock tracks, just get a grip on the
potential males and go for it.

If Frog is truly dead, it was strangled by its owner.

It was strangled 30 years ago. Originality was replaced with pandering.

Imagine the CC staff meeting: "OK, people, starting this week we are going to play classical music on Sunday mornings. The show will be hosted by one of the worst radio voices you've ever heard. "

"Every 4th of July we will cover a parade through Kenwood, but not really. "

sigh.

The parade was on April 1st...

I wish WEBN would take their "attitude" and jump in the Ohio River!

April Fool. I meant April First. My bad!

They should reach out to Frank Wood for a consulting arrangement and give him the wheel to hire some smart n' crazy folks to get the station back to a position where it stands out again.
