Website woes

On WABQ, 1460 AM out of Painesville, Gary Webster was doing his usual professional newscasting job when apparently at the worst possible moment, right at air time, his connection to a national news website went down. This happened between 8:30 and 9:00am, I believe. As he tried to reconnect, he mentioned how he had been on this website since 5:45 AM, and now all of a suddent there is a message saying "Please log into the website". It didn't take too long before the connection was made. Which news service is the station using?

Side note: Gary may not remember me, but back in the late 1970s to early 1980s I was a part-timer at WBKC 1560 AM in Chardon. He was there at the time. He was/is one of the good guys.
