Maybe you should not be looking at "All Access" for your information. I have the diary numbers. WECK had a 3.6 12 plus in Phase 1 of Summer. You are looking at "rolling" averages. August will reflect the rolling average better for WECK.
There no longer is a Summer book in the CDM markets.
