Wednesday 3/11 People's Court

According to a promo that aired in today's episode of the People's Court, a woman apparently faints during the court proceeding. The show is to air Wednesday.  http://peoplescourt.warnerbros.com/player.html?=wed  Do anyone recall anything like this ever happening in the long history of this show?

As far as the People's Court goes, its the first time I heard this happened on that show but with other court shows....It HAS happened before !!

During the 1980's edition of Divorce Court ( The William B. Keene/Jim Peck days ), there was an episode about incest. A teenage girl goes on the stand and tells the lawyer that her mother is having an affair with another man. The lawyer asks who was the man having sex with her mother. She says "...my brother !!!'. The mother faints while the brother says "..you no good who*e !!".

OTOH, it was no secret that the 80s version of Divorce Court was fake..with actors since actors Fred Willard ( America 2night ), Laurie Metcaff ( Roseanne ) and at least two of the girls from the old Gimmie A Break show made appearances there, playing someone else and not themselves.

Maybe this was the first time someone really did faint during the taping of one of the current court shows.

I, at one time, use to hyperventilate at the sight of Doug Llewellyn's hair.
Never fainted though.

Maybe this was the first time someone really did faint during the taping of one of the current court shows.

  A female fainted during the first or second season of Cristina's Court.  I think She was awarded $500 because of that.
