Wednesday Prime

Does anyone have the networks' (ABC/CBS/NBC) contingency
plans in/around the State Of The Union speech coverage?

NBC is showing it will fill two hours (9-11 PM ET), however both
ABC and CBS are slotting only 9-10:30 with sitcom fill afterwards.

Curious about whether the 10:30-11 show will be a JIP if SOTU
runs long; also the scoop on any additional what-ifs planned for
the Mountain and Pacific zones.

I've checked just about all Mountain markets on zap2it.com and
the NBCs will shift 8-9 ET to 9:00.

It's a mixed bag for the CBS affils however--some plan to clear
10:30 ET live at 8:30, then play 8-9 ET at 9:00, others go at
8:30 for the 8-9 ET hour, then run the 10:30 ET "in pattern" at
9:30. Don't know why they just don't stay with the net until 9,
then air the first hour.

Most if not all MT ABCs plan to run 10:30 ET live at 8:30, then
the 8-9 ET hour delayed at 9.

On the left coast, I've seen various oddities and different patterns
in, for example, El Lay and Frisco, which are too mind-numbing to
relate here. :p

Agreed; this is all going to be irrelevant because Fox News is going to be the highest rated network showing the address, anyway. :-X
