WEEI’s Greg Hill Show Gets New Friend With Addition Of NESN’s Courtney Cox

This morning the station (at 93.7) was off air due to transmitter problem, for about 2,5 hours. When it came back on
Greg Hill joked "Country 93.7". They have no backup transmitter.

I was going to say... isn't it considered a "downgrade" to go from tv to radio? (a-la Juliet Huddy formerly of Fox now banished to 77 AM)
 
The show needs a fifth person talking? (Ken and Curtis are frequently on the mic as well.)

One interesting thing about commercial radio is how they have a large cast on a morning show but will cut corners in many other areas. Yes, I understand mornings are where the money is, but the disparity is large.

I admit I listen to this show sometimes even though I find it annoying. Greg with his angry conservative take (oh sorry, is he an “independent” who just sides with the Republicans 90 percent of the time? I stand corrected) the guy who was born rich (Curtis) who is a rugged conservative individualist aside from that one issue that hits home for him. We must be very sympathetic to that. Also, Wiggy, who takes the contrarian view no matter how ridiculous just since that is his role.
 
I don't know how the show rates v. T&R/98.5. But all that really matters: is Hill sold out? If the answer is yes good for EEI. I expect all talk shows to 'side' right and really who cares it's just a dream world. Listen to the Newsmax ad and who they present as legit content.
If I'm in the car I push buttons between the two sports station morning shows. Whichever annoys less. I think Cox is a good hire.
 
Not sure if Hill is sold out or not. When I tune in, Northeast Men’s Health seems to have an ad during every break.
