WEEI-FM Sound Quality

I don't know what the problem is there: the processing or what? I have noticed that I have to turn up my radio quite a bit to hear them. Usually, the station sounds fine, but now, I am hearing interference when driving through Fall River! However, while driving to western MA the other day, I was able to hear them clearly on the Mass Pike at the I-84 exit (I had totally lost 1440 AM)...then I was able to pick up their new Springfield translator. I don't know what the deal is on WEEI-FM...but hopefully they will fix it.

I noticed the difference about two weeks ago. Not sure if they get the feed ISDN and the rate dropped or the board op just sleeps over there to try and notice. Another possibility could be that since the feed sent to Springfield, they could have switched things up so they could handle the two different signals.
