WEEI ID on Sox Broadcasts

Last night again , heard the ID on 93.7 FM during Sox games; "WEEI Boston, WEEI-FM and HD1 Lawrence /Boston". Did nt think that Sox games were on 850AM except fpr conflicts with celtics playoffs.
 
They are technically saying:
"WEEI Boston" --that is, their "nickname" though technically it's referring to the 850 in Boston.
Next comes the legal ID: "WEEI-FM and HD-1 Lawrence Boston"

This would be like saying: "WKLB, Boston" (jingle)
followed by "WKLB-FM Waltham-Boston" (legal ID). Actually they prob do the reverse or run the legal ID at another time.
They have to do the legal ID somewhere near TOH or whenever there's a break in programming...even if they're skirting regulations
by saying "WEEI-Boston"--that is really what they WANT you to remember, but it's the "WEEI-FM and HD-1 Lawrence-Boston"
(the -Boston being extraneous) that's the legal ID.
