Weekday Good Morning Connecticut (WTNH) Just Plain Annoying

I still don't understand it - why do the morning hosts have to keep turning their heads at the other anchor during the top of the hour lead-in? It looks like they're both parrots or something. Is this part of the way they get people to remember the station or what?

Maybe they both need a good chiropractor by now!

It is annoying, but I wouldn't just single out Channel 8's morning show, or just Channel 8 either. The evening anchors do the same. And, I notices Tim McCarver and Joe Buck doing it last night on the Fox Super Bowl coverage.

Is it some sort of trend or did some "suit" figure it was suppose to be good for ratings? I'm starting to consider just watching Hartford news even though I live in Fairfield County.

You know, for a baseball guy, T-Mac sure called a good football game! ;D
