I was listening to K-Bear this morning, they have this guy 'Zach Daniels' on...this guy is terrible! Have you ever heard him? What are your thoughts? How'd this guy get a job in radio??
 
I have. And if it tells you anything I joined RI specifically to respond to this post. I completely agree with akradiozjs the guy is aweful. I am pretty sure I have heard this Zach on other stations around town as well. Just with a different last name. I know mix was one for sure maybe the whale?? Terrible doesn't begin to describe it. No talent gets closer. He definitely shouldn't be on the radio. And whats more is I am pretty sure that morris has to realize that since they keep moving him around. Maybe he has a contract?? It goes beyond bad radio. I mean why pay a guy to give your call letters and say the name of a song? That's normally all I hear from any jock anymore, but he doesn't even have a good voice for it. Substance in general is lacking in this market, but talent can still be found if you try. There are some great jocks out there. This guy is quite possibly the worst I have ever heard... in any market... hopefully they have run out of stations to try him out on and if he is under contract or whatever, they just pay him to stay off the air and hopefully away from radio.

Next time morris hires they should definitely ask for an aircheck.
 
They definitely should ask for airchecks more over there - gah! What are they thinking? BTW: he's been on KMXS/KWHL/KFQD/KEAG & KBRJ - he even did weather for KHAR - been on all six. I guess they really can't find a good outlet for this knob. You know what kills me is I know that he actually gets paid for doing voicework for some clients. I agree this guy has less than no talent.

So radio4ak, are you in radio? What formats have you worked? This is great there's someone here as passionate about the industry as I am! Zach Sabbath/Daniels, whatever your name is - move aside so talented dudes like Six-Pack on the Wolf can tear this market up, alright?
