Weekend Work

I recently moved to DC from the south and wonder if this community can provide a good pulse on weekend work? Will PDs in this market see value in a part-time weekend only candidate? I'm one of "those" who "retired" from the industry but enjoy radio as a hobby. I don't require dedicated hours. Instead I would love to be on the fill in list and used as much or as little as needed. I'd prefer to board op but would not mind voice work (assuming my sound fits). Experience should not be an issue.
