Weekly Top 40's future

As a kid growing up in the 80s and 90s, I was a big Rick Dees fan. However, as the years have gone by, it has grown stale and predictable and has lost a lot of stations too. With Rick now being 60 years old, I'm sure he's lost many of those stations to AT 40, which is hosted by a much-younger Ryan Seacrest. The station in my area, Y101, last year was one of those stations that dumped Dees for Seacrest. It sucks that Dees is losing out to younger personalities, but it is the nature of the beast. With that in mind, what if the show had a younger host, like, for example, Billy Bush or Kane from Open House Party or some other up-and-coming personality? Is there even a plan to keep the Weekly Top 40 on the air whenever Dees decides to retire?

^Please no Billy Bush - he's on Q100 every night, and I've really never heard such a boring radio personality in my life

It seems like Rick Dees is mostly in smaller markets (I think that's been the case since the early 2000s), and his Hot AC-version is so rare it's ridiculous - I think that by the time he's ready to retire, so few stations will be airing his show that it really won't make a difference

LOL! I never really heard Billy's show so I don't know anything about his style, but I was just bringing up an example of a younger host. BTW, I found out Billy is the elder George Bush's nephew!

Anyhow, I was wondering about Rick's hot AC version. I hadn't heard that in so long. He also had a top-30 AC version a station here played last year, but dumped it at the beginning of the year.
