For $220,000 with the right of the buyer to back out if Premiere won't renew contracts for Rush,Coast to Coast & other Premiere programming.The buyer is GREGORY D. MCNEIL.

I wonder if he can pick up WEGP durong the daytime with its over-the-water signal.
 
With a name like Presque Isle most people unfamiliar with the area would assume it's near the water.According to Google maps it's 160 miles to Eastport Me. probobly the closest Ocean.
 
Its in Aroostook County, near the top of Maine. A stones throw from New Brunswick and not coastal at all.
 
Not to mention the home of the last of the 3-affiliate TV stations (that is, until a few years ago), WAGM-TV. In fact, they had FOX NFL Football in 1995, making it a 4-net affiliate.

Yes, I know that's not on topic, but when you talk Presque Isle, that must be brought up! :)
