The Sale on WEGP-am Presque Isle has finally closed.It goes to DECELLES-SMITH MEDIA, INC. for forgiveness of remaining debt on a $150,000 promissory note.

When I saw this post on the board, I thought WEGP had gone dark ("closed"). Glad to see it's a sale and not off the air.
 
IS this a new owner? Or, has it taken 3+ years for this sale to go through?
