WEIRD night on 1630 kHz and 1530 AM question

Well, at about 5pm this evening, when it was DARK :D, on top of a 3-4 ft backyard in Bothell, WA, I picked up KRND Fox Farm, WY at listenable quality, VERY, VERY rare. It wasn't high on the S-meter (probably an S-6.9 to S-7.5) but it was listenable. Yeah, because KSTP 1500 which sometimes blasts in the winter, is just barely audbile (like an S-4.5) tonight! Also, a month ago or something like that, I picked up a spanish way under KFBK on 1530 and it was barely audbille as well. Who is this spanish?

Depends where you are, but KGBT in the Lower Rio Grande Valley is 100% Spanish.
