Weird outage/tech support

Anyone else notice a weird outage this morning? I have had my PNP unit for three years and never had one like this before. I got into my car to drive to work here in Baltimore at 4:30 a.m. and every channel was silent. I knew the PNP was operating because it was sending dead carrier to my car radio. I turned it on and off several times, no change. I also noticed that the artist/song title did not change on any channel for the entire drive to work. Then I tried to call tech support to see if it was me or a system problem and learned that tech support is closed every day until 6 a.m. Anyway, when I left work today, everything was normal.
 
They might have been merging thier traffic to coincide with the XM data....... (Both being sent from 1 place) and they picked 4am when the least # of ppl would be affected.........
