"Permanent" meaning that 100.5 will simulcast 99.5 on a limited short-term basis (as Citadel did with WJOX and WYSF), or that WZRR will "permanently" move to 100.5 and 99.5 moves to another format?

Maybe now it'll be another 2 more weeks before the new format shows up on 100.5. Stay tuned and see what happens tomorrow...maybe Hot 107.7 will show up on 100.5 next.

I never thought of that before, though it probably should have crossed my mind by now. I wouldn't be surprised by that at all.

There will be a special edition of Reg's Coffee House on 100.5 FM Birmingham this Friday from 7-10:05 AM. The new station should appear at 10:05 (100.5, get it?) AM this Friday right after the special edition of Reg's Coffee House.
