Weirdo Callers - Troy and Isouzo

Weirdo #1 - Every few days, I would get a call from a guy I named Mr. Encyclopedia. He would call and say "Hulloooooh!", state some sort of music fact, and then say "Thankyougoodbye" and hang up. I asked him his name a few months ago, and he said it was Troy. Does anyone know who this guy is? Did he call your station back in the day?

Weirdo #2 - I was listening to NPR yesterday, I think it was On Point with Tom Ashbrook, and Tom introduced his next caller "Tom Isouzo" from Rhode Island. Ashbrook introduced Tom the way you introduce your drug dealer to your mother.

The thing is, he sounded like the same guy that used to call me during my PM drive show and during my overnights sounding really desperate trying to start a conversation....

Am I going crazy or what?

You're not. The guys are one and the same. The fellow is Tom Isuzu, formerly of WALE-990.

Ohhhh...

I thought people on this board were making fun of Tom Izzo from PRO (which is BS btw because that guy is hillarious, he just needs access to better video equipment and web designing and he'll be a star)
