Weissbach: Host or advertiser?

"But it still doesn't resolve the ultimate issue: we [in this country] need this workforce, and we don't have a path for companies to hire them legally."

---Wow. With an official unemployment rate over 10% and a real rate probably double that..."we need this workforce"??? What for? Can someone explain this to me? Don't EVEN try to tell me Americans won't do this work.
