WEKS,Zebulon/Griffin gets new CP

WEKS,The Bear 92.5, licensed to Zebuulon, Georgia, and serving south Atlanta, has a CP to build at a new Meriwether county site.
The CP was approved on Friday, the 13th, and adds 40,000 people to the pop count(as opposed to the last CP which was a little further east of the present site.)
Congrats to Chuck.....he worked his patuzzi off to make this one happen! The Bear will growl, if all goes well, by spring.
Victor, and all the WKHX staff, will be welcomed as guests when the switch is flipped. Moby can't wait to "shake his peaches."

taylor...how far will the signal reach? besides the southside, will the signal hit former markets that Chuck had in the mid-west ga area like Coweta, heard, douglas and carroll counties? Congrats to Chuck Taylor are you still engineer for the CC stations in newnan or were you let go under the management changes?
