Looks like we can add another VH station so northern IL as WRHL 102.3 is now SAM at 1023 The Hub... I dunno when the change took place, but noticed it while flipping around the ole' FM band this morning... CC1
 
VH stations like BOB and SAM are good in real short bursts. [EDIT]
