Well, I fear that my love affair with THUMP Radio is in jeopardy. What initially drew me to the music was the non vocal dance type format. However, I'm getting bored because they seem to be playing more and more re worked disco tunes. I listen to Thump on KBIG in L.A. and there is a significant amount of disco tunes throughout the day and especially on Disco Saturday night. Thump advertises itself as tomorrow's music, but I fail to see where the new music is, if they keep re hashing old tunes with extended music. I hear the old songs enough, so why would I want to hear new versions of old songs also? Isn't the purpose to stay new?

Well, are they playing disco house or just plain disco? cause disco house is "new" but really not used alot in the states, more like in france.

Uh..Maybe your future isn't with KBIG 104. It never was cutting edge to begin with. LOL

Get XM or Sirius instead. XM has a few shows from Thump too.

Nothing like a bunch of people making up a new style of music. I think I'll call it "break beat house". Yeah, there's a new one. Now it exists! Unbelievable.
