Beleaguered radio station owner Doug Wilhite faces a host of new legal problems, but this time in federal court.

Murray Steinberg, of Ormond Beach, and five others filed a complaint with Middle District United States District Court in Orlando that was served to Wilhite and two of 13 named defendants Friday, court records show.

Wilhite and the other defendants are accused of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud and swindle and violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act.
