WELH 88.1fm new afternoon format

Has anyone listened to WELH fm recently? They are running a killer afternoon format which is exactly what B-101 should have been doing. Kind of a mix of 50's-70's, with a soul kick. Really cool tunes, jockless and no commercials. I think the format starts around noon, after the Spanish programming, and raps up after pm drive. I have heard it everyday, over the past few weeks. Is this station owned by Wheeler high school??? Seems like they got a radio guy up there because the format sounds like it is coming from a 50,000 watter.
