WELI now on WKCI-FM HD3

I noticed over the weekend that WELI.com is now simulcast on WKCI-FM 101.3 HD3. In other HD news, WMRQ 104.1 is now running a HD3 stream of dead air. WZMX 93.7 HD2 is still down, but for for some reason I was getting a HD3 signal at one point this morning with dead air.

No HD3 at all today from WKCI, just the HD2 and its usual dance format. And WWYZ's HD2 is down yet again, dead air and "Wwyz-Hd2" on both lines of the display.

These are some "partners" iBiquity has in its HD scheme, eh? Why did Clear Channel get involved to begin with if it wasn't committed to promoting HD and keeping its HD streams fresh, diverse and ... ummmm ... on the air?

WELI is back on WKCI-FM HD3 today. I think HD3 is using WELI's internet stream because there is about a 40 second delay between the two stations. WWYZ HD2 is listed on the radio screen, but there is no audio.
