My guess is they finally realized that their signal doesn't reach Harrisburg and decided it would be lucrative to actually focus on Cumberland County. Hell, they've been through 3 or 4 different morning shows since the fall... no one noticed that....I think you have your answer.

Still say that 92.1 and 102.3 would form a formidable simulcast duo in the Harrisburg market. When will someone get their heads out of their asses and realize this?
