Regardless of whether you enjoyed his show or not, they are now gone and you can't help but wonder what the future holds for the End. I mean what do you do to turn things around if the plan is to stay the course with the alt format? Phil Manning left and you got some new blood in the PD chair and that didn't work. Veteran APD Jim Keller was shown the door and with this new guy heading to town, there is no chance he'll be coming back. I enjoyed both No Name and Dick Rossetti, but I can't help but think that if there numbers were truly solid, they both would still be employed today. If Harms had solid numbers, he wouldn't have been taken off air for a newbie. You can't say it was because of budgetary cuts, because he still remains on the payroll but in a different capacity.
So what's next? Is the a clear sign that the ends days are now numbered? If you were in the shoes of the new PD, what would you do regarding music and talent to get things heading in the right direction?
