Speaking of KMRQ96.7, i wonder if CC will change that station when CC dumps KRZR 103.7 for The Beat on October 2, Isn't Skippy's show from KRZR still on at KMRQ.

Yes, but the station does so well, they might just end up replacing Skippy.kenrayc said:Madmansam said:Michael, Do you know when Stockton will lose the signals of KXPR-88.9 & KMRQ-96.7. Both stations still boom into Northwest Stockton, like gangbusters!Michael Rivers Kramer said:

102.3 was KFIV-FM from 1978-89. In 1978, KITA changed formats from Regional Mexican to AC as "K-102". In 1982 (or 1983), KFIV dropped AC and became AOR as "Rock 102", later changing name to "Hot Rock 102". In 1986, KFIV changed formats again, this time to CHR/Top 40. In 1989, They changed again to AC and to its current slogan, "Sunny 102".kenrayc said:travisl5678 said:Maybe KMRQ could be KFIV-FMkenrayc said:Madmansam said:Michael, Do you know when Stockton will lose the signals of KXPR-88.9 & KMRQ-96.7. Sunny 102.3 used to be KFIV-FM an AOR format in the early 80s.
Well, Is $10 Million a pretty good price for KSTN-107.3 ? What was the original purchase price that Independence Media was going to pay for both stations two years ago before that deal fell apart?BossRadioDJ said:K-Love pays $10 million for Northern California's KLVS, Stockton (107.3):
