Well, THAT didn't last long....

So Zeke_Terry, am I safe to assume you're not very fond of her ;D?

If I understand you then, she is:

a) an adulterer
b) bisexual

Yeah, that should work fine here in Philly! Before WYSP dropped Free FM back in September, the midday co-host was a woman named Kim Douglas. She was openly bisexual, and it was a daily topic of conversation. She was, and still is, currently dating a female jock at another Philly station--20 years her junior.

Yes, Jennifer should out fine here.

Philly will love Jennifer.

She won't last. She seems to be very unstable. Companies love unstable people with huge egos. She reminds me on someone that now works for the kim station(hint: hello schoolteachers) reminder: all djs should come by raifords on saturday night for a free forty from yours truely.

oh yes, I can see how 27 years at the same place in the same shift is sooooo unstable! ;D

Presto-jab?

Unstable...not hardly...
EGO?...ABSOLUTLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tom is without a doubt one of the most arrogant people I know of in this business.
I guess what really disturbs me is that he is good at it.
When someone has that kind of ego and IS NOT all that (Think B.C., old "info" timers), it is aggravating.
When someone has that kind of ego and IS (at least MOST of it), it can be doubly so. ;D

Good or not, who doesn't have an ego on-air in radio, it comes with the territory..

To have any form of ego in today's radio world is suicide or just stupid. Why would
anyone in 2008 have an ego? There's no respect for talent, there's no loyalty from
your boss, virtually no on-air big names own the damn station and reading liners and
saying canned crap is hardly going to win the awe of today's listener. Ego's were
acceptable IN THE DAY...which this is not. A real use of the word ego is more
useful to convince yourself that you aren't the next victim of sad radio games,
version 08.

a couple of years later Leslie was the mid-day chick, we were again at the annual nonprofit event and Leslie was being outrageous and lewd -- she ran over to me and wanted to know if she could have copies of my pictures.

LOL! I love that young lady! She's always fun to hang out with and she ROCKS!

with Leslie, the term "hang out" is sort of a double entendre

With Leslie ANYTHING can be double entedre! She's freakin hillarious and a good friend! Not affraid to laugh with you, at you or at herself.

please refrain from using the term "she rocks". I think its too street for most people to understand. :-\

The thing that got me with Jennifer and Leslie was neither deejay knows squat about classic rock. I once requested Uriah Heep's "Sweet Lorriane" with Leslie Wolfe and had to spell the name of the artist for her and then was told "we only play bands who had hits." She had no clue who they were.

Jennifer has bounced around a lot of stations the last few years.
