Well, K18NV-D has signed on, but I can't recieve it's content, and I got this really weird message:

Which is odd because it's well within the realm of being watchable (KWGN is only 2 dbu higher right now), and I've never gotten this message before.

In addition, the .2 subchannel will be the Home Shopping Network?

Update: I noticed that I can hear talking on both subchannels, so maybe they are audio only?
 
Your screen is telling you exactly what the problem is: "Unsupported Video Codec". That usually means they're trying to use an unusual non-broadcast video format like 1080P, or 480P. Your TV isn't capable of decoding that video format.
