What's the best company? Putting aside numbers and all...which company treats their employees best?

I guess I spoke too soon. LOL! I really thought no one would want a retired, preganant jock but with two offers on the table I might just venture back in if anyone can convince me. :) But, I think I'll have to change my on air name to Ralph. Really is boils down to convincing me to take another chance on another company. You know what I mean?

Hate to say it, but the three best owners I worked for are no more. That really doesn't say much for current owners, does it? Those three were:

Capital Cities/ABC (not the current Disney/ABC but the version from the mid 80's to mid-90's)

George Duncan (he owned KZOU and a couple other stations after a stellar career with Metromedia)

Ron Curtis (greatest guy in the world to work for, as long as you didn't make him mad, and would agree to endure all-day movie marathons with him on the weekend...at least he paid for the popcorn and nachos)
