i don't think anyone is listening. i know a lot of guys, personally, who have switched from lance over to andy, and don't pay attention to WLW in the evening any more.

I've listened a few times. Its different. So far it seems a bit subdued but no real complaints.

I'm just not used to listening to people that actually think on the air.
 
In my opinion, Paul Daugherty is the best host I have heard do Sports Talk since Cris Collinsworth, never liked Furman's confrontational attitude, Tom Gamble I did not care for as one of The two Angry Guys, and on Sports Talk, it was no different. Hearing Doc on Extra Innings takes the show back to the Andy MacWilliams era, for actual intelligent talk on baseball, with no screaming. Too bad Doc cannot do the weekend extra innings to replace the loud mouth egotistical Tracy Jones and his band of "regulars". I have heard Tim Lewis doing news on 700 on Friday nights during the Truckin show, if this is The Big Dog, why not use him to host weekend extra innings, would be a vast improvement over Tracy Jones.

I like listening to Tracy Jones, he's entertaining and as a former player gives great insight into the games.
 
Tracy Jones doesn't bother me either. I thiink the balance of Doc during the week and Tracy on the weekends might work out pretty good. Tracy gets to handle the drunks and Doc gets to handle real baseball without being bothered with that weekend crowd.

That reminds me. How much are standard draft beers now at Great American Ballpark?
