Hardy seems like a really nice guy...I've heard great things about him. I hate trashing non-management on the board, but I really haven't been blown away by him. Certainly not blown away enough for more talk on his show.

I can attest to that. That guy knows more quotes from groundhog day and christmas vacation (or any other movie for that matter) than anyone should care to admit to.

Although I disagreed with most of his decisions, he has been proven in other markets. He won't be a free agent for long... wish him the best of luck.

Carter knows better. It's easier to keep your job as MD than it is as PD, and the U2 books aren't selling like they used to...
