So while ratings may mean nothing to us in trying to figure out iHeart's gameplan with WISX, clearly the rebirth of Rumba (and all the potential financial backing and cluster synergy) has other similar outlets in town feeling as if their time is up.

Remember, iHeart sells Hispanic coverage of multiple markets for national accounts and buyers find it easier to make one multi-market buy than to try to deal with multiple local stations.
