Yes, the translator is on the air and the calls have been changed to W297BF. I heard the new calls yesterday during the legal ID. I didn't remember when I originally posted this thread that the calls would change according to the new channel number/frequency. 
102.1 is still offering the "Power" format...not sure where the station is now originating, but probably an HD2 off one of the other Cox stations.
