WEOL's conversion to a full-time news/talker is complete.
From what I've gathered, here's the new lineup, effective today:
12:00AM-1:00AM: Jim Bohannon
1:00AM-5:00AM: Lars Larson
5:00AM-6:00AM: The Wall Street Journal This Morning
6:00AM-9:00AM: The Morning Show with Les Sekely
9:00AM-12:00PM: Glenn Beck
12:00PM-1:00PM: The Midday Report
1:00PM-3:00PM: Clark Howard
3:00PM-5:00PM: Mitch Albom
5:00PM-6:00PM: The Five O' Clock World with Larry Wright
6:00PM-6:30PM: Fox Sports Radio
6:30PM-10:00PM: Cleveland Indians Baseball (or Fox Sports Radio)
10:00PM-12:00AM: Jim Bohannon
ND/OM Craig Adams confimed on-air this morning both the "Five O' Clock World" show and the Larson add. I will be unable to listen to the former this afternoon, but I would presume it's a faster paced reincarnation of "The Other Side of Morning Drive" that would be heavy on news and long-form interviews. Good move to show some local programming in the afternoon.
Lars will also air during the wee hours of Saturday and Sunday as well. I thought it was just an agreement by WW1 to air something after 4AM on Saturday during the time in-between AP ANR's signoff and the pickup of FSR, but I was wrong. It may not last that long, though... I'd love to see them make a run at either Phil Hendrie or Joey Renoylds.
