WEOS is approved to move!

Congrats! Very good news to hear.

Will I be able to pick up the station in Webster now?

Possibly...I'm not sure. Going to an omni antenna will throw a LOT more signal to the north and northwest. But moving to 89.5...while eliminating the co-channel slapfest between WEOS and WITR...means that WEOS will now be sandwiched between WITR 89.7 and WMHN 89.3. The latter of which is based in Webster (corner of Klem and Holt Rd).

If WITR or WMHN ever install HD Radio, it'll probably wipe out most of the gains we'll see from getting off WITR's co-channel. But I'm hopeful that'll never happen. 8)

Depending a little on where you are in Webster, if you have a good directional/high-gain RX antenna and a good receiver, you probably can pick up WEOS. According to http://lrcov.crc.ca/main/ we will put at least a 40dBu signal up to about Rt.104; north of that gets terrain-shielded. Check it out: WEOS Coverage Map
