WEPN 98.7 NYC to Simulcast on WLIR 107.1 Part Time

Newsday is reporting that the sports station will be rebroadcast on WLIR in Hampton Bays 12 noon to midnight, on weekdays. The Christian broadcasting from the Voice of Hope will remain on 107.1 during the time that WEPN is not on the frequency.
It is not clear at this point whether the five translators on LI that relay the Voice of Hope will also simulcast WEPN.
The Voice of Hope has already carried some sports play by play, so this may not be a huge change for them.

Since Hope Radio is no longer broadcast on 107.1. Doesn't that make the 4 translators still broadcasting Hope Radio in violation of FCC rules? Given that they are broadcasting an internet stream & not an actual AM,FM or LP licensed station?

The remaining 4 translators now broadcast the new home of Hope radio, 106.1 WBLI HD2.
